We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your needs.
If you are experiencing an emergency, such as thoughts of suicide, threats of harm to others, a medical crisis related to your medication, or a severe allergic reaction, please call 9-1-1 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room for urgent care and evaluation.
For urgent, non-life-threatening situations, please contact our office and leave a detailed voicemail explaining your concern. We will prioritize your request and schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Your first visit will be an initial consultation where we’ll discuss your mental health history, concerns, and treatment goals. Based on this, we’ll recommend a personalized care plan. This may include therapy, medication, or a combination of approaches, depending on your needs.
We accept most major insurance providers, including:

Optum
United Healthcare
If your insurance is not listed, please contact us directly to confirm. We also offer self-pay options for those without insurance.
We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
